FAQ's
How do I get my concealed weapons certification?
First, you will take our online Webinar where you will be instructed on the Florida gun laws to stay out of jail. Next you will take our in person pistol course, where you will be instructed on the safe handling and operation of a firearm. Please note that this is a two part course, each course has separate fees.
Do I need any experience before taking a firearms course?
No experience is necessary. Our Beginner Firearm Training Course is designed specifically for first-time shooters. We’ll walk you through everything from safety basics to handling and firing a firearm confidently.
Will I receive a certificate after completing the Concealed Carry Course?
Yes. Upon successful completion, you’ll receive a certificate that meets state requirements and can be submitted with your concealed carry permit application. The course is offered in two parts, step one is the online webinar where you will be instructed on the concealed carry laws to stay out of jail. Step two is where you are instructed at the gun range on the safe handling and operation of a firearm. Please note there is a separate fee for each course.
How old do I need to be to take a firearms course?
Students must be at least 18 years old to attend most classes. For concealed carry certification, students must meet the age required by your state (typically 21+). Parental permission is required for students under 18 in some training programs.
What is the difference between the beginner, intermediate, and advanced courses?
Students must be at least 18 years old to attend The Beginner Course focuses on safety and basic handling. The Intermediate Course adds tactical movement, malfunction drills, and faster engagement.
